In the future, West Virginia will be trying to go green. What does that mean? West Virginia is going to have to start using solar energy, wind power, and hydroelectric plants to make energy. The whole world is going to have to start using this, because we are running out of natural resources. We are going to use this to generate electricity. These will be taking place of coal and natural gas. There will be less pollution with the help of these industries. One of the fastest growing industries in West Virginia is tourism. Tourism will be here in West Virginia for a long time. West Virginia has places that some other states don't have. For example, West Virginia is 75% forest, without the scenery West Virginia may not have as much tourism. Most people in West Virginia use banking for deposit's for their money. Many types of businesses are found throughout West Virginia. There are coal mining jobs, timber jobs, and oil drilling jobs. In West Virginia there are many small towns wih small shops. Such as glass shops, quilting shops, and shops with home made candle's, soaps, and a lot more.
